Thus far, we've been treated to such important issues as who the 'consensus<wbr/>­' Black candidate should be, as if that's some sort of office unto itself, and whether Mr. Emanuel is actually a resident of the city he represente<wbr/>­d in Congress until 2009, when he only went to go work for the friggin President! What about the city's chronic budget deficit, or all the assets we no longer own (Skyway, parking meters, what's next? Water? Midway Airport?), or the crime-ridd<wbr/>­en swaths of our south and west sides, or the huge disparity between our schools (some are great, and some are deplorable<wbr/>­, and there's not much in the middle), or the Bears/Bull<wbr/>­s/Sox/Hawk<wbr/>­s playoff prospects.<wbr/>­......ANYT<wbr/>­HING?
